• Unless otherwise agreed, the booking reservation is 35% or €500 of the total amount for the rental period, which ever is the greatest. If the total amount for the period of your stay is not greater than €500, then the full rental amount will be due.
• The balance of the amount for the rental period will be due upon your arrival at the accommodation.
• Bookings received less than 60 days before the start of the rental period must be paid in FULL.
• For July and August, the booking reservation is the FULL amount.

Payments can be made either by direct bank transfer or via Western Union. Please notify Italy All Year before sending payments.

Cancellations
We strongly discourage cancellations since this hurts both owners and visitors. Before canceling, see if you can sell or gift your vacation to friends or acquaintances.

For cancellations made 60 days or more prior to arrival Italy All Year will refund the booking amount less a 25% cancellation charge and handling fee. (That is, 1/4 of the booking amount).

From 60 to 30 days the cancellation charge and handling fee is 50% of the booking amount

In the event of cancellations by the visitor less than 30 days prior to arrival, Italy All Year regrets that it is unable to return the booking reservation fee.
