€90 - One-time fee per property till sold
Includes:

1. Private account creation. in our automated wizard control panel. Easily create a dedicated page to advertise your property just for €90 until it is sold
2. All buyer enquiries will go directly to your personal contact email and telephone numbers
3. FREE English or Italian translation by mother tongue speakers of up to 100 words of your description
4. Use your page any way you like to promote your property. For example:

• Place an advert in a newspaper and include the link to your page. E.g. www.italyallyear.com/villa-nicola
• Put the link to your page on the advertising board outside your property - useful if you are not always available to answer the door.
• Use our Adobe Acrobat converter to create a PDF brochure of your property with photos, and print to give or send to potential buyers.

€140 one time fee for assisted Service

If you are not very tech minded or don't have time, for €50 extra we will do the work of placing your property on our site. All you need to do is provide us with photos (up to 10 JPG) and a text description, and we will do the rest.

SERVICES

English/Italian translation & language mediation     

This service is purely language assistance in dealing with estate agents, owners, surveyors lawyers should your italians skills be not yet fully developed. Standard international rates apply.

Real estate service                                          
This service offers a full real estate service to both a buyer or a vendor, whereby Italy All Year will conduct a sale or purchase from proposal to exchange of contracts (the finished sale/purchase). Our commission for this service (which includes organisation of lawyers and surveyors - see notes 1&2)of is competitive, being set at 2% - a full 1% lower than any local estate agency.

NOTE 1: In Italy both the buyer and the seller pay a commission on a sale transaction. The standard commission for each of the buyer and the seller is 3% of the purchase price. Italy All Year charges just 2% with the advantage of transacting through English and German speaking experts in the real estate field.

NOTE 2: The cost of a lawyer (Notaio), surveyor (Geometro) and any government taxes are NOT included in the commission requested by Italy Al Year.
