Important Notice
The amount sent to Italy All Year must be the exact amount requested in Euro plus a 10 or 25 Euro admin or collection fee. Any charges incurred for transfer or currency exchange by the sender should be paid by the sender at the sender's bank. In the case where deductions are made for transfer charges, the visitor will be requested to adjust the difference upon arrival.

To enquire about availability:

On the page showing the details of the property you are interested in, click on the red enquiry button (shown opposite)
Select the days or weeks that you require in the availability calendar or fill in the form, and then click on the "make booking enquiry" button
Fill out the details on the form and click send

We will then contact you with availability information.

To make a reservation / booking payment
Once you have received confirmation from Italy All year that the property is available, you will need to make a booking reservation.

The total amount due includes final cleaning charge and any extra services
The booking reservation is 50% of the total amount due for the rental period, unless otherwise stated.
There is a 10 Euro admin fee for bank transfer or 25 Euro collection charges from Western Union
The balance of the amount for the rental period will be due upon your arrival at the accommodation and is to be paid in cash to the key holder.
Any security deposit required is paid direct to the key holder and is refundable on departure
Bookings received less than 30 days before the start of the rental period must be paid in FULL.
For July and August, the booking reservation is the 80% of the FULL amount.

Payments can be made either by direct bank transfer or via Western Union. Please notify Italy All Year before sending payments.

Cancellations
In the event of cancellations less than 60 days from the start of rental, 50% of the booking reservation amount will be retained. In the event of cancellations less than 30 days from the start of rental, Italy All Year regrets that it is unable to return the booking reservation.
